Had a slightly misaligned bezel that I was just living with for the better part of a year. The original nato stopped sticking too. They replaced both under warranty.
Very cool. Haven’t used the original strap really at all because of the poor Velcro. I heard a rumor that you could get a new one with better Velcro, but haven’t gone in to try yet. Glad they got you sorted 👍

Yup I got the new one and it feels more robust but time will tell…
