Okay so here we go, quickshot review of all 3:
Starting with the seestern P39, I went with the 28800 bph ST2130 movement, less power reserve than a NH but I don't really mind, watch weighs 90 something grams sized for me, bezel is a sunburst ceramic, turns well, dial is a matte that shows sunburst in direct sunlight somehow, clasp is lacking in micro adjust but is titanium.
Onto the tactical frog FXD, trusty NH35, dial is a matte textured, bezel is also matte, frog logo and indices are raised on the dial, case is fixed lugs titanium, single pass strap is a little thick. Bezel action doesn't feel nice but is very snappy on its clicks so it can be easily used for its purpose.
And finally the most recent, San Martin SN0121T, NH35, matte dial, raised indices, matte bezel, bezel action is very nice, the blue is darker than on the OG P42. Also weighs around 90 something grams, clasp is a titanium with on the fly adjustment, very very nice.
And obligatory lume shot
If you want opinions my 3 pelagos homages are titanium, one P39, one FXD 42 and the latest is a 42 dial in a 39mm titanium case. They're all amazing with great lume, worst bezel feeling is the bidirectional FXD, but even then it's still tight and easy to set.
I think I've been vocal enough about my opinion on homages and how they're not so bad if you're willing to give them a chance. Nice to see that other people are willing to keep an open mind about them and see what the fuss is all about in the steel (or in my case, the titanium). And seestern is a great one at that.
Admittedly I only have 2 titanium watches compared to 30+ in steel, but I really like how different titanium is, I wouldn't be able to tell which is better, they both have pros and cons, but some days I enjoy wearing titanium more than steel and the reverse is true as well. Besides the difference in weight is only about 30-40g for a full watch+bracelet.
Well I've gotten so used to changing watches everyday that I think I would feel weird having the same one on for days in a row, but this is definitely a favorite of mine.
