Orient three star - a watch punching way above its weight!
Bought it used back in early 2019 for 50 dollars. Cant find much about its reference.
Incredibly reliable and rugged - never had any problem with it whatsoever.
No hacking and handwinding unfortunetly.
What makes me love this watch is just how much flair it has. Very 70s case and face ornated with vertical stripes that play beautifuly in light.

Now that's a good looking watch. $50! That's a steal, especially for that case and the Côtes de Genève style pattern on the dial. 👌Magnificent.

I found this in a box at the bottom of the wardrobe, assumed I had flipped it years ago. I think it’s a franken-Orient, and it was something I picked up at least 10 years ago. I might start putting it in rotation.

Yeah I know that they are different.
However most basic orient model is commonly named tristar/ three star hence the confusion
