It was a limited edition run hard to say how many pieces from each variant but they had 4 different version, two colours schemes for the one I have and then two colour schemes for a different version. Rumours say the watch factory made some in precious metals for Putin himself but that rumour is hard to prove since there is almost no information on English speaking websites about this version. That looks very clean. I myself have 2 vostoks. However I bought a dress Vostok watch 😉 a rarity I'd say ahahha
I would probably build a collection around Alexander Shorokhoff, I recently discovered him myself, not sure if you could define it as a microbrand but he isn't super expensive and his watches are released in a small line up and Ming + Slovakian brand Biatec

Yes you are correct sir, however mister Shorokhoffs workshop is situated in Germany. From what I understood, he moved to Germany during soviet times to study architecture where he did civil engineering for some time. After that somewhere during the nineties he became interested in watches and the story began. But from what I understand he lived in Germany for quite a while. Chaykin manufactures watches in Russia as his workshop is there, shorokhoff lives in Germany but is russian
