Alexander Shorokhoff Yellowmatic.

This stainless steel Chronograph is 43.5 mm wide, 14.4 mm thick, with a lug to lug of 50 mm and is 22 mm between the lugs. It has an exhibition caseback and is water-resistant to 50 meters.

Below the anti-reflective coated sapphire crystal sits a yellow enameled dial guilloched to a carbon look and a flat black chapter ring. The bicomplex subdials have a very subtle sunburst pattern surrounded by flat black rings. The numerals are polished to a high gloss and applied. The 60 at 12 is the hallmark of Alexander Shorokhoff Avantgarde collection and is found on most of their watches. The hands are black lacquered with luminous paint applied, while the chronograph hands are in red. Lume is not great and fades quickly.

The watch is powered by the Caliber 2030.AS, automatic winding chronograph with 49 jewels, power reserve approx. 38 hours. I believe the base is a Sellita SW200-1 fitted with a Dubois Depraz 2030DD chronograph module. It is reworked by the watchmakers at Alexander Shorokhoff to include a hand-engraved and refined rotor and heat blued screws.

It is fitted with a fabric covered leather strap in a multi-colored checkered pattern and a signed pin buckle. Something different for leap day.
