Mark from Long Island Watch has a YouTube video on his Kamasu bezels and inserts but warned that it is extremely difficult to remove the Kamasu bezel (see below at 1:58). I think he said he had to almost pry it out and it was not usable after (but that his replacement bezels popped in and out more easily).

I messed up one of mine trying to get it off too!! Have done 4 Orient mods and 1 was a pain in at ass to remove. I used a knife to pop it up then the case back tool
The process was difficult and potentially damaging to the watch. After trying the case knife, it purchased a bezel removal tool. That too was a loss. I conferred w Marc from Long Island Watch and he suggested a Dremil w a small cutter blade. Being EXTREMELY careful, success. It came off and the new bezel/insert fit perfectly. The case suffered damage only from pry marks when using the bezel removal tool. Should have used Dremil first.
I'm old, from SOCAL, Northern Nevada, and now Alabama. I seek variety, quality, and something that piques my interest. I do not invest in watches but strongly admire quality/ $$.

That's a good moral booster. I wish he would have gone into more detail on the removal. Uggg. I'll keep working on it. Tnx for the reply.
