This happens to be my favorite watch. It is my Islander ISL-101. I got it in late May or early June of this year. It has also monopolized my wrist. The AmeriQuartz movement is simply fantastic. The crown is buttery smooth. I am not a huge fan of divers, BUT, I absolutely adore the Tudor BB38/41, yet I cannot in good conscience see myself spending that kind of money on one. I solved that for myself by replacing the dive bezel with the brushed pilot’s bezel from LIW. My moans and niggles, gotta love Jody, are that I wish the lume were better and that the seconds hand would hit the marks even though that is the luck of the draw.
