I am going to try 1 watch for a year.
I’ve decided to do an entire year with one watch. The watch a Tudor Fxd. I will post updates in this thread with pics and locations if y’all are interested.

Yes sir i agree. The fixed lugs and ability to change straps will ease some of the want to put on something different. I can say right now that this is my hands down favorite watch I've ever owned.
I really like that idea but I don’t think I could do it.
I am a person who needs at least two watches. An allrounder and a dresswatch.
Good luck with the Tudor. A good choice, although maybe a bit limited regarding strap change.

Sounds like a real challenge. I would succeed in this 15 years ago but today I am destined to fail.

Day 180 sad day for me 14 years since I lost my dad.
Day 181 in the office with my office mate a 68 lbs mal.

Update day 186 the watch keeps getting better and better l. It has been +1 a day since I got it.

Checking back in. I’m STILL waiting on one from my AD. 7 months now and my patience is waning.

And on the 8th month, the seas parted and along came my FXD! Took way longer than I thought, and my AD confirmed they get 2 per year on average now.
It is hands down my favorite watch maybe ever.
A year down with one watch. The Fxd has been an amazing companion in all settings. Getting engaged, traveling, and life. I am going to keep wearing the Fxd for as long as I can. Even though there are other watches in my collection screaming for daylight. The Fxd just hasn’t been usurped as my go to. But if there is a watch out there that could honestly it would be a stainless datejust in 36. Anyway I know I’ve been lacking in posting, and I’d like to thank all of you who’ve followed this journey…wow really talk about first world problems.
