The Lange edged out the Cartier Santos in Pt. 4 after the Santos managed to take the win over the options from Girard Perregaux, IWC, and Czapek.. That was after the IWC Ingenieur won Pt. 1 & 2 against the the integrated sports options from Nivada Grenchen, Alpina, Christopher Ward, Tissot, Frederique Constantine and Maurice Lacroix.

Absolutely, Jumping on the Genta bandwagon ( really dislike his 1970's onwards designs, Emperor's New Clothes imho).... My suggestion would be the Cartier Santos, clearly where GG got his inspiration from (industrial style screws on bezel, textured dial, steel bracelet) but far better looking & not a "copy" of owt else.
