Hi there,
I thought it would be fun to show you my current watch collection and have some feedback and ideas about how it should evolve ๐ย
as you can see, it is very much toolwatch oriented, all black dials, preferably no date and no back display. My watch collection should always be a 6 watch collection. So if a new one comes another one has to go. The only watch I see myself selling in the near future is the Sinn. I really love this watch, but since the recent addition of the explorer, I think it became redundant. If I sell it, what should I replace it with? Budget wise I would stay under 2000โฌ. Maybe a white dial would be fun for a changeโฆ

I love bright colors. Don't know if you do.
Now more than ever there are so many beautiful watches in bright colors around. Spice it up my guy.ย
Get a Nomos - in house movements and colorful dials. ย A spot of color on the wrist is especially nice in the summer months. ย They have many options under the 2000 euro mark.
I'd agree with a white-dialled watch or something a little different. Perhaps a square/rectangular shaped watch? Perhaps an interesting vintage piece?
Given the budget, lack of a GMT complication in your collection, and want of a white dial, it could be worth a look into microbrands. Particularly the Christopher Ward C63 Sealander GMT.ย
Another good looking white dialed GMT from a microbrand is the Oak and Oscar Humboldt GMT.
Great collection!
Seeing as you love tool watches and are looking for something with a white dial, I would replace the Sinn...with a Sinn! More specifically Sinn 105 St Sa. White dialed faced, GMT functionality, great bracelet per reviews. I have never held one in person and just seen many reviews online so please take this recommendation with a grain of salt.

Definitely, the cristopher ward is worth a look๐
Let's see I would go with a orange dial. I have one in my collection and I love it. Doxa new 300 meters is definitely something to look at. It is also at your price point.
I never do this - but screw it these types of posts seem to be increasing and people donโt seem confident to make their own decisions for some reason.ย
ย
Speedy, Rolex and IWC are great, leave them alone.
Tudor is a bit meh, but that is just me.ย
I would get rid of the Seiko and go for something like a Vero or Muhle Rescue - still a tool watch but less boring.
I would also get rid of the Sinn, and the ย Tudor, and buy proper dress watches. Maybe an anOrdain or a Cartier.
I would then buy a Corum Bubble to fill the gap.
Donโt bother with vintageย
thanks for your input , be reassured I am selfconfident enough to make my one decision but other ideas are always welcome ๐
the black bay is going nowhere, definitely a keeper and one of my favorite . a cartier santos medium is highly on my list. Maybe wait 1 or 2 years to get the funding or maybe sell the Iwc..ย
agree with the overlap on the 556I in black. ย But what about in white / weiss ? ๐
You have a great collection. Personally, I'd shy away from another black dial. White is classic, but Iโd spice it up with a little more color. I think the Nomos Club (as mentioned above) is a great choice due to all the color options. Again, great collection.ย
So youโre asking for input why? What sort of weird flex is this? I donโt know what to do but I do but here are my 6 watches?
You do you - but donโt sell the IWC.
Someone is grumpy today?
It's on sale. Don't thank me.

I just found my grail watch ๐๐

Doxa Sub 300/Sub 300T Whitepearl comes to mind.ย
Consistent with the tool watch theme, solid caseback, white. Adding a new case shape to the collection. Either on the bracelet or white rubber if you want to have fun. Also within budget.
But has a date..
Keep us updated!
The tank, santos, or reverso would be a great option (although out of budget) if you want something rectangular to the collection.ย
ย
@biglove mentioned it but the Citizen Chronomaster is an incredible watch for around $2500. It is fully titanium, has a very innovative Quartz movement, offered with a unique traditional japanese paper dial, and is quite unique. It also has sport watch capability with a bit more dress watch style. Look at the AQ4020-54Y for a 37.5mm option, AQ4091-56A for a 40mm option
I think youโve already got a great selection. Iโd add a GMT - my bias would be towards a Grand Seiko Blue dial.ย
I'll echo the suggestion of a light dial Doxa.
I would go for a rectangular watch or at least get a different dial colour. ๐
Grand Seiko !
love the collection. ย the rolex and what not are great but please get a dial that isnt dark for your next watch. ย
Thats is one hell of a collection! As someone who loves tool watches too, I commend your collection and hope tht one day I could have a collection too.ย
I believe that you should either A) get a watch with a gmt function as it considered a very functional watch, or B) replace the sinn with the new colorful ones! I think the it will pop in your collectionย
I have the blue Sinn on the way ๐ฅฐ
Nice collection! look into maybe modding your own watch.
I have the blue Sinn on the way ๐ฅฐ
Man you better show us once it arrives! Excited for you ๐ฅ
You bet my friend, people will probably get sick of seeing it on WatchCrunch ๐คฃ
One of theseย
That is an incredible collection!!! โค
How about a white 38mm AT? ย ( love your collection BTW! )
I think a white dial would be great. Maybe you find a watch with a GMT complication to add another feature to the collection. I do not the the prices but maybe you'll find a white dial Breitling that isn't that much over the budget.ย
