Maybe.. I would invest in myself :)

Rolex is not a great investment unless you have an exclusive model (Paul Newman ha) which is the same for any good brand... on average , as of now rolex prices decreased around 7% in the last 6 months is what the market says.... Still these numbers are not reliable and not worth losing sleep over. There are brands no one heard of which increased in value over 30%. Still I'm not saying watches are investment pieces... But if you are in it from a business point of angle... be a dealer. That comes with it's own insane requirements let's say...

Rolex is not the best watch company. But they are the greatest at marketing and mind.....

You know what... There 5x counterfeits for every Rolex manufactured. I can't even market myself..

Thanks..

These powerpoint pinks blues... chatgpt... crazy world right...

Bottomline:

They import Hazelnuts for the chocolates too... Ooops...That is not the point I'm talking about I'm afraid. Is Toblerone Swiss? Come end 2023 a limited production will shift to Slovakia and won't have Swiss branding. Now that's new info yet same same but same. Check your Toblerones folks come on. 😉

Btw I lived in Switzerland for 6 years and it's not like fountains of chocolate and watch ateliers on every corner. They're very strict and regulate every detail to keep their reputation and excellence unscathed which I always had huge respect for and admired. They protect their heritage no matter what...

Hi all. New guy. Newish info.

The thing is you are not paying 10,30, 40K worth of neither the materials or the craftsmanship. They certainly are there. But.... Here's a very real example from a different yet not so different field. Filmmaking. Remember the first 'Paranormal Activitiy' docureal whatever it was film. It was shot in roughly a week for around 7K USD. Box Office : 194 Mil worldwide. Breakdown is the studio Paramount/Dreamworks acquired it for 350K and then marketed the hell out of it costing millions.

That's what you are paying for if you're going for name brand. Same old story unfortunately.... Just don't fall for it.. Learn the game, pick the right player... No regrets..
