It's an interpretation of the legendary 2CV's speedometer which went out of production 30 years ago.
Top half has your usual hands, the odometer shows the limited edition number (clever), bottom half tells the remaining power reserve. It took them 3 years to finalize the watch. Interesting fact about the car itself (I haven't tested myself) : You can take the whole vehicle apart with one screwdriver. Urban legend? Who knows...
