Hamilton Jazzmaster GMT Worldtimer

It was just too big for me unfortunately. The crown always dug into my wrist, it was never comfortable for me.

When scrolling through older photos I always stop and admire it though, if it had just been a millimeter (or two) smaller on the diameter and lug-to-lug.

Who else has a watch that they loved but just wasn't wearable for them?

Gosh the dial on that watch is something else 👌

I would LOVE the Accutron DNA, but I know without even trying it on that it would never fit my 5.75inch wrist with a lug to lug of 50mm and an integrated strap that I think would make it wear bigger 😔

It must be love from afar with this one sadly.

The Orient Sat Diver.  I loved everything about that watch (so much so I actually bought it twice) but destroyed every doorjamb in my house.

I'd have to agree with you on this one. My wrist is roughly 6.75 inches in diameter and I feel like the new acutrons would be too big for me as well.

I will say, it has had me looking at the vintage ones though.

Such a great value for money watch, even from a brand known for it. Letting it go that second time had to be tough 🙌.

Definitely. There is a chap on eBay in the UK who sells nicely refurbished ones. If I have the money when he posts one of the triangular case ones I think I'll have a cheeky bid on it.

Nice! Would you mind sharing their seller name/profile?

Also, I hadn't seen one of the triangular case acutrons before, very cool.

Of course. His eBay name is: alastaire2003

He tends to just have one watch for sale at a time but posts a new one each week from what I've seen since I've watched him. If you read the description of watches for sale he talks about his work 👍

Much obliged 👊.

I love my black version of this watch. wears smaller than its 42mm size though. Missing it as it is in for an overhaul.
