Ever buy on-line - then when it arrives it feels to small?

I bet it looks fine. I've got 7.5" wrist and I'm happy to wear 34mm watches. Vintage look is all the rage don't you know 😉

This is going to be an increasing problem if local ADs disappear in favor of an e-commerce model. Not all X mm watches wear alike

Yes, I had a Sinn 556 and 38mm felt too small. A great watch but just a tad small. I sold it and ordered a U1 MOP.

You should give it a go and see how it wears for 7-10 days. Anyone under 10" would wear it fine. It's not that it's trendy, just we've all gotten used to, what is realistically, oversized everything.
I move around a lot, doing all sorts of weird, oddly intense tasks for work and I find 36-41-ish the sweet spot of readability, overall size, and wearavikity.
Doesn't keep me from absolutely LOVING the heck out of my Holton Pro and Casio Protreks, but I find I wear my Neptune SIII or Seiko SNEsub almost as much.
If I need a compass I have my GPS plus strap button compass.

Hmm, it was I think the year 2000. But maybe I will give it another try. Smaller is coming back. I was used to larger heavier dive watches.
