Resizing those bracelets is a goddamn nightmare. I went through all seven stages of grief when I did it about a year and a half ago. I’m sorry but I have no idea how I managed finally to do it, though I can say that the directions (somehow still) leave out an important step that you need to do before you can flip up the end and actually remove the link.

In the end, my comment here is mostly just for reasons of solidarity and moral support. Good luck and godspeed.
