Black, straight up, point black, period. It's more masculine compared to White. Dark Blue is my second fav though.

Black is the OG, the 🐐

Blue can be spectacular if done right, sun burst dial can be 🔥

White can be flashy and sexy depending on the overall dial

Green looks smooth on a dress watch imo

Salmon dial catches everyone’s attention

Orange

White dials are more traditional, but I prefer black for the contrast.

It depend naturally on the watch... Generally black, with some nice structur / pattern... But I also love dark mahogny, very dark transparent brown or bronze, pale gold, sunny, very dark shimmering red and very dark shimmering green... As in these...

Silly question, no such thing!

White.

I'm reminded of the Malloy experiments with sending a man in a rain coat (trench coat) in with a message for a CEO. When the coat was beige or tan, he was admitted far more frequently than if wearing a navy (or possibly, shudder, black) one.

Black dials are like wearing a crew cut. They have an efficiency and purpose, but that rather belies that the purposefulness is one of necessity and not luxury or aesthetic. They pair nicely with combat boots, I suppose.

I would say black or blue. I think both are so versatile and can be worn with any outfit!
