New watch repair / extra parts box project (part 1)

My father in law bought me this cabinet case thingy. It used to be a silverware case apparently. He thought i could turn it into a watch box or some so thats what I’m going to do. This is part one. I stripped it of its ugly baby blue inside and the antique handles. I plan to somewhat mirror my watch box in colour and finish. The watch box is black and with chrome hardware so i want this to match

Some new hardware, felt lining, and good to go. Is it deep enough to hold watch pillows?
