Yesterday in a WRUW post I joked I was wearing James Bond's watch and Mr. Rogers' sweater. That got me and @IceCreamMan thinking.
What watch would Mr. Rogers wear?
My conclusion was probably a Timex with a white dial and black numbers because it is simple, plain, inexpensive, and unassuming.
The Friday Funday challenge is to pick a fictional character from a popular TV series or movie and tell us what they would be wearing and why. Please post photos of the character and the watch.
Doctor Who
The NOW watch
I'd say that Barney Stinson of How I Met Your Mother comes off as a Hublot man. Oh photos. Might as well give him a Big Bang.
Gilligan.
He still wears the Hamilton “Canteen” that Skipper gave him during their service years in the U.S. Navy.

Great, now I'm wondering what the other Castaways are wearing.
The professor would have to have something with strong anti-magnetic capabilities since he is a scientist. The question is is it a Rolex Milgause, Omega Railmaster, or IWC’s Ingenieur?

Okay, fine. Give me a few…
I'm betting the professor is a Milgauss guy.
Steve Urkel would wear one of the Marvel - Invicta watches.

Ginger wears a Borel Cocktail.
1) Skipper
Also has an old Hamilton. A cool Super Compressor 600 that caught his eye while on shore leave. This replaced the one he gave to Gilligan.
2) Professor
Doxa Anti-Magnetic. Gifted to him by his students, the year before he took his trip to Hawaii.
3) Mr. Howell
1950s Patek Philippe Calatrava. Bought for himself as a reward. (The stock market was good to him that year.)
4) Mrs. Howell
A Rolex cocktail purchased by Mr. Howell, when he forgot their anniversary in 1959. (He was too busy partying at a Harvard reunion with the gents.)
5) Mary Ann
A humble Timex that she purchased right before leaving her parent’s small Kansas farm and heading to the big city. That way she could always keep track of the best time to call home.
6) Ginger.
A Borel cocktail given to her by her agent to celebrate her first big breakout role. Finally, a bonafide star.

I wish I could give you multiple 100%.
I don't believe for a second james bond would wear an omega mechanical watch
I firmly believe he would have something like a breitling aerospace or emergency, or even a gshock
