If you haven't caught the YouTube vid, I made an impulse purchase and for $45 I don't regret it. I think it's got a spring drive 😄
That sweeping seconds, spring drive confirmed! 😂 #grandseiko
Grand Seiko manufacturing really tricking down 😉
Couldn't resist buying one myself, it's on it's way 👍 Went with the black version
I picked up mine from Wind Up Watch Shop - I also went with the black version for myself. I gave the Green, Blue, and White to my buddies in our little Watch Crew. Inexpensive but cool gift.
Looks great! Very stealth 😎
Couldn't resist it, sorry. I've already suggested to Max that we would love a WatchCrunch version.
Um, every wall clock in grade school had a smooth turning seconds hand. They were bog standard and totally normal. As I understand it, quartz watches tick to save power. Without power constraints, a smooth seconds hand is no big deal. And this clock was like every alarm clock, except the dive watch motif. Yeah, when you stopped the alarm, you had to set it again every night, otherwise it would go off every twelve hours. Am I dating myself?
Brilliant wrist shot……loving it…..😂😂😂😂
This looks cool. Off to investigate and hoping can find one that will ship to the UK, without a ridiculous shipping cost 🤞🏻
Sign me up, I'll take one 👍
I have a Casio, but want that Seiko clock !!
Hope your covid passes soon, mate!
That is a REALLY cool clock, but no way in heck it has a spring drive in it. See @wilfried above. Quartz can sweep, you just can’t do it on a wristwatch or you will have to change the battery every month. Here’s one,
Found one 🥳👍🏻👊🏻……and UK based
😃 from where? I want it for my dad
One horological obsession at a time.
