I really like how the dial works with the grey bezel insert. (The dial and hands also seem very reasonably priced.) On the installation on the seconds hand, I have not seen somebody roll the toothpick for the light press. I might have to give that a try. 

Did you have to further regulate the movement, or was the "close enough"?

Otherwise congratulations on this great mod.
