Crunchers….I’m liquidating most, not all, of my collection for my BDAY

I love watches! I had 27 of them….sold 12…..and now…..I’m at an inflection point. Selling and letting go was so liberating….I’ve decided to liquidate what I like and don’t care for, and only keep what I love.

Reason being……I want an excellent quality, luxury, and high horological type of watch to treat myself for my birthday.

WHAT WOULD YOU ALL RECOMMEND?

After liquidation….my budget will be between $1200-$1800.

I was thinking Longines….🧐

If you're thinking Longines, I'm not sure anyone really does what they do better than Longines in that price bracket. Knowing what models you're looking at specifically might help people spit out some alternatives.

·

Longines almost certainly! Perhaps Laco’s nautical watches might please as well. They’re in the price range:

Can’t go wrong with a Longines. They make a darn good watch and have rich history behind them. I say go for it! 👌🏼

Longines, sinn or seiko

Big fan of the Legend Diver. Comes in 3 sizes too now!

Buy used & be patient.

I paid £1300 for my quartz Aqua Terra, £500 for a Willard - you get far more for your money buying used.

Good luck, good move, & Happy Birthday 🎂🎈
