I ordered a JDM Seiko Mini Turtle via Gnomon to Germany last week, arrived, paid customs, so far so good.
After a few days I noticed that there is a small spot under the Hardlex. A little smudge or something like that. Not bad, but my inner Monk is anything but ok with it.
Can I complain directly to Seiko? How does that relate to the JDM topic? just ask the concessionaire and go for it, or does the thing have to go to Japan in the event of a repair? If so, what about recurring customs costs?
