The Pelagos 39mm ! I can see this in the collection;)

Absolutely loved making this show! Really wanted to do this watch justice in terms of the videography of the watch shots . but! The question still remains! Is this watch better than the Tudor Black Bay 58?!;)

Not going to say it’s better but if I had to chose only one, it would be this. Something about it speaks to me more so than the BB58

Some of your finest work mate. I've not tried one but I don't think I could swap my BB58 for a Pelagos. Or many watches for that matter.

great review and one of your best videos. the Balance between information and humor was perfect. 🎯

Great video but a 2 part‘er to get the cliff hanger answer! …… you tease 😂

I know I'm the turd in the swimming pool, but I just don't get Tudor.  All very bland, IMHO.  Hey, but on the plus side, it'd be boring if we all liked the same watches. 😀

I had a similar dilemma between a Black Bay and a Pelagos, but having a much bigger wrist, mine was between the Black Bay Heritage and the regular Pelagos. It really came down to whether I wanted something vintage looking or modern looking. As I already have a vintage inspired diver, and I didn't have a modern looking diver, I went Pelagos, but ended up with the FXD. The thinness and lack of helium escape valve were enough to sway me over the lack of bracelet, since I'm more of a strap guy anyway.

Great Review as always! You are the reason I am part of Watch Crunch. Love your reviews. I've had an obsession to own a Sinn U50 since I watched your video. Anyway/digressing.  All the videos on the Pelagos to date have ended with "Great watch, buy it! BUT... I'm not buying it." @Max had a great review with this outcome.  Clever that we are going to have to wait until Part 2 Review to get the final word BB vs Pelagos 😎 Love it! Many of the reviews discussed the gloss finish on the bezel & dial as primary reasons for a no go. I did like your take on bezel action. Do you think the bezel finish is too bling for this tool watch?

Great video, thanks. I must admit when I first saw the Pelagos years ago I really didn't like the design. I do like the new design much better but I already own a BB 58.

Thank you my friend! I thought the bezel insert was great! It raises the versatility of the watch for sure, plays awesome in the light, the texture of it is superb. In some lights theres no sun Ray at all. It’s a stunner my friend!

Yeah that’s my feeling, it actually has quashed my desire for an FXD . The size of this 39 is perfect for my wrist!
