Cartier would be number one, because I really like their rectangular case designs IF they not just paint / print (which look cheap) roman numerals and too ofter have blue hands!
But I love this one, even if it far too expensive for me...
I choose GS but it's difficult to choose between GS and Omega. for me Cartier is good but its design DNA is too restrictiv. Rolex is eliminated because of their multiple lies in the original marketing of many of their model (sub, explorer, ...)
I love Rolex, but hate what the brand name has become due to flippers and not-so-great ADs. I love Omega and a lot of their watches really appeal to me, but I honestly feel that something, I don't know what, is missing. Grand Seiko is also awesome, but suffers from always being compared to Rolex. It's a completely different thing. Just imagine a Grand Seiko with some wild dial colours and patterns. I feel that Seiko should take the Cocktail Time idea and implement it into a dressy, small, but funky new GS model. Cartier is classic that needs no introduction. I want a Cartier Tank dive watch, with a (immovable) Submariner-style bezel. That will be different, but most probably a sales flop. If I wanted a classic dress watch, I'd get a Cartier.
I separate the brand from their watches. I love the Explorer I, quite possibly the OP. But hate the current brand marketing. I respect Omega more, but their current styling leaves me wanting. I'll say GS to split the diff.
Part of me wants Grand Seiko to hire some super star marketing/advertising genius (and a bracelet designer) . . . but I think that first wish also goes against what makes GS kind of special. I DO like wearing a high quality watch made with artistic care without a lot of people really knowing it.
I voted for Cartier, because their entry level tank watch (~2,300 USD) is the epitome of attainable luxury, combined with sophistication, reliability, and functionality. ✨
I like watches from all 4 brands. Question is which one do I like the most…hmm..
There was a time that Rolex was my ultimate goal. The more I get into watches, the less I want one.
Cartier because they specialize in pretty and functionality.
I like all four brands for different reasons. I own Rolex, GS, and Omega. Cartier is on the wish list, but not owned presently.
I can't commit to one 🤣

All of them have their pros and cons. I think it would depend on which watches from their lines we were talking about.
B and C
Omega, with a sprinkle of Grand Seiko.

In short, I can't choose.
