Welcome to my WatchCrunch page!
My name is Lilian Georges and I'm a 16 years old french watch enthusiast with a one watch collection (for now). I own a Casio Edifice EFV-100 D. I Really love it and I have been enjoying every single moment with it!.
I love multiple watchmakers (excluding Daniel Wellington, Diesel and all the garbage like that ๐).
Enjoy!
Hey folks, I'm currently planning on buying one of those beautiful Seagull 1963 Mechanical chronograph on https://seagull1963.com/ Since there's no real option for me to try this watch, I wonder what...

Thank you so much for your detailed overview! It's really helpful to me! I already knew that the 40mm had something up its sleeve, the lugwidth. This watch looks amazing on all sorts of straps and bracelets and the 20mm lugwidth is much more conventional and popular making the watch way more versatile.
Good to know that the 40mm fits you better even with a smaller wrist. I might go with the 40mm without huge concerns now. Thanks a lot mate!

Thank you so much! That's a really nice comment! Yeah, I've already been in some jewelry shops, tried a fair amount of watches and got a feel of what size is better. I'm certainly not a compulsive buyer as I only bought a single watch in my life. I had a nice feeling with that humble little Casio and still do. I took it around Europe and it was such a lovely companion!
That Seagull 1963 really attracts me as I love everything related to history, watches, cars and aeroplanes, my passions and hobbies. It's really cool to love universes this closely related to.

I know but I'm quite new to the world of watches. After all, I'm only 15 years old. I got interested in watches 2 and a half years ago and only got my first real nice watch 8 months ago. Since then, I only had my EFV-100D so I haven't tried different sizes on the long term even though I know what might and might not fit my wrist. Also, this watch apparently has quite odd proportions so I had to ask you guys' opinion! Thanks for the advice!

I'm taking notes. So maybe the 40mm will sit just a little bit better on my wrist. One huge pro it has for me is the 20mm lug width instead of the 18mm on the 38mm. Makes this variant even more of a strap monster!
