I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos about the world of mechanical watches and the history of all of them. I’ve looked at a bunch of affordable watches and I’m seriously considering an Orient Kamasu as my first ever mechanical watch. Although something doesn’t feel right, it’s got everything I want from the value perspective. I wanted some suggestions and experiences with the best watches under 300 dollars with 100m or more water resistance with sapphire crystal and good looking dial. I know it’s a bit of a long shot but wondering if anyone had suggestions.
Maybe take a look at the Boldr Venture. It has all the specs you need.
Thanks that does look good, are there any affordable bracelets for it? I see some for 100 dollars ish, just wandering because the watch looks very thick with its original strap.
You might check out the Islander line from Long Island Watch. Lots of mechanical options with 100m WR and sapphire crystal for less than $300.
