New to watch collecting…
As my profile states, I’ve always enjoyed watches and even though I’ve held an interest in them I had never owned one.
After recently being made redundant I decided to treat myself to a couple watches with my payout, I wanted a set it & forget it watch and a field watch, so I picked up the Casio Oceanus OCW-S100-1AJF and the Bolder Venture Automatic.
Then with my first pay check from my new job I decided to treat myself once more… so I added the Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 with the green waffle dial and the “CasiOak” G-Shock GM-2100 to officially start a collection.
I’d like to add dress and dive watches to the collection but they’ll have to wait a while now!
I’m loving looking through all your posts and look forward to chatting with you all.
I’ve always held an interest in watches but hadn’t ever bought any until just recently… and now I’m looking forward to building a collection I can really enjoy.

The Boldr has been great, being titanium it’s a dream on the wrist.
I love the simplicity of the dial and the almost industrial look of the case. It’s an itch I’m glad I scratched.
