Phillips auction house announced today that they will sell one of the earliest known Audemars Piguet Royal Oaks dating from 1972. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the famous design. The example, which will be sold May 6 in Geneva, was premiered at the Basel watch fair when the Royal Oak made its debut.
My guess is 2 digit millions for this one.
