New Tudor Ranger already discounted

Wow. Tudor Ranger already available on grey market for 10% discount. That must be some kind of record. Make sure you hold out for a good price folks. I think there is a glut of watches right now.

10% isn't worth the loss of the 5-year Tudor warranty IMHO.

And, even if it shows "in stock" there is no guarantee it will be delivered. 😜

Curious- which site shows the discount?

 Thanks!

It's jomashop

Boring watch gets price cut, I will probably not struggle to get to sleep tonight.

Saying that, I’d probably buy one if it dropped to £1500. Undermines my whole argument, but I would use it to play conkers with Timefactors Smiths Everests whilst dreaming of buying a new Vertex.

Most (not all) Tudors are dumped on ADs at launch. That is a lot of capital tied for an AD, which I do not believe are restricted from being dumped to gray dealers like Joma.  If an AD of watches like Tudor, Omega, IWC, etc cannot sell them at retail with a discount, off to the grays.

True. Although I was in an AD for Tudor about five days ago and they didn't have any Rangers

Fair point, some markets may be tougher than others of course.

My guess is the ranger is a really niche product that while making a bit of noise amongst enthusiasts it simply isn't going to come across as a 3k watch to normies.  Having said that I don't tudor will actually be making a lot of them so I doubt discounts will get overly heavy.

·

depends if they have stock or it's pre-order?
