I had a Rolex Oysterquartz datejust two tone 36mm ref 17013 up for sale.
Someone offered me a trade of a Rolex Date 34mm with a lovely grey dial and engine turned bezel, ref 15210, and I went for it.
Which would you choose? Was it a good trade?
Engine turned bezels are my favorite but I am a sucker for the oddball Oysterquartz. And that would either be 14k or 18k gold, depending on year model, on the two tone. Have to go that way.ย
Both tasteful and fine. I'm not big on gray dials but otherwise this would be a total tossup for me.

Ah itโs the grey dial that sold it to me!
I would have kept it as I have a 8in wrist. So going smaller is a no no for me. But if your happy with it then hey.....Enjoy that watch!
Cheers!

Yeah it would be lovely on a bigger wrist - just felt a bit too big on mine!
You did a good thing with this trade, lovely grey dial right there. Nice size too.

I have the same 34 steel, with a silver dial (model 15210). Gift for med school graduation back in the 80s. I love it more every day
