Submersible QuarantaQuattroESteel Blu Profondo. Should I Pull the Trigger?
My friends, I am at a dilemma. To buy or not to buy? Any feedback and/or opinion is appreciated.
I had intention to add a PANERAI to my collection for some time. And I had visited the PANERAI boutique several times this year but never pulled any triggers. Got a call few days ago for a 2022 novelty piece. I just visited the boutique today to have a look at the piece - Submersible QuarantaQuattroESteel Blu Profondo.

- sub second and date complication

- Limited edition 1200 pcs. (Single digit serial#)

It does come with additional blue rubber strap. I am a sucker for nice serial number and this piece is a single digit serial number.
Should I pull the trigger? Or look at other alternatives?

Thanks bro for the comment. Actually I have the same wrist size. When I tried it on my wrist, it lugs are right at the edge. Hmmm, I’ll have to take this into consideration. Thanks!

Since, the OP asked for an opinion, I will say: no, too big.

It is a beautiful piece but just too big for my wrist. Mainly because of the lug-to-lug width - it was right at the edge of my wrist and doesn’t tapper down as much when I wore the watch. I had replied to the salesperson that I would give it a miss and thanked him for his time for showing me the watch. And thank you again for taking time to comment and reply to my post. It is much appreciated! 🙏🙏🙏
