I am surprised to hear about the QC problems with these models. you would think a limited edition would get some extra love! The one reviewed by Justonemorewatch also had QC problems like dust inside the dial! Makes me wonder what on earth is going on at Seiko to keep adding limited editions, increasing number of QC problems, and continuing to raise prices! This would never have been the story at the time of the SARB033 or SARB017. I really like the SPB243. hopefully that does not have QC problems as well😮
I hope you can get to that 3 watch collection goal!!!!
congratulations on both! I think the Lake Suwa is my favorite grand seiko. I would love to see a wrist shot!
Hi everyone!
My name is John and I am fairly new to the hobby. I started watch collecting in 2018 at the age of 25. Before that I only had 3 watches that I can remember, and only for a short time since watches were "banned" in my household. A bit of a long story lol. Anyways pocket watches are what turned me on to this journey of watch collecting and I currently have 40 watches, pretty much all of which are very affordable.
