As long as they can handle water, they get washed every day I wear them. I do bath time with my twins every night. haha.
When it's too sticky for comfort
As required, which can be more than once a day or several months depending on circumstances. I may have an alarm to advance date windows on days with less than 31 days, but I'm not on a watch-cleaning schedule.
I try not to muck them up in the first place, this in turn reduces the need for cleaning.
As needed, and that's pretty much every time I look at it .
