gosh , I have an Islander that is almost identical , I love it, which was 320 !!

I do very much like some of these ideas. The Scurfa and Zelos suggestions are so far my favorite although seem to be very limited available and rarely in stock. There is a Baltic and a Yema that may be contenders in this weight class as well

have the squale, love it! for under 2k? maybe a used Oris Aquis, but even then, the squale is awesome!

I have this Islander you are referring to as well and also love it. The Squale IMO is really worth the cost difference. Definitely keeping them both.
