GEERVO no logo 39mm pilot Automatic watch NH35 movement Green dial

Hi, my first post!!

Just wondering whether anyone has one of these? I'm looking for a simple daily watch to wear for work. I like the simplistic styling and its a reasonable price. The bumf says it has an NH35 so I imagine its going to be pretty reliable,  and a sapphire crystal.  It all sounds pretty good.

Cheers

Nice-looking watch. Reminds me of this one in my collection.

I have a Geervo flieger, but it's a hand-cranker with a Sea-Gull clone of the Unitas inside. It's reasonably well-made, except the hands. The hands look like, well...rubbish. Junk sheet metal. I think I might replace them at some point, shouldn't be that hard to find a replacement set to fit that movement.

In terms of finishing of everything on it except the hands, I'd rate it not bad, not bad at all.

Ah, thanks for your feedback, good to know.

I had an Aliexpress watch with the same strap - the strap is trash. Lasted 3 months, and it didn't even see much wrist time.

As far as AliExpress fliegers go, Cronos, Hruodland and SanMartin are the best on offer. You'll get a fantastic flieger for about £150.

If you need to stick closer to your Geervo budget, try the Addiesdive 1940, available on various straps/bracelets for about £70. (For a tad more you get a Steeldive.)

Myself - I first bought a Corgeut flieger (type B) on Ali for about £60 - instant regret when I put it on the wrist, because the hands were rubbish, and the watchband was meh. So I almost instantaneously bought a Hruodland flieger for more than twice the money (with a PT5000 movement) - was definitely worth the extra dosh.
