Started collecting in January 2022.  Saw a Teddy Baldassarre video on the #tissotprx and the Gentleman.  Thought they were gorgeous.  Was never much into watches, only had the Smartwatch, but that was only if I didn't want to carry my phone.  

Bought these all in 2022 (in order):

  • Casio Duro
  • Vostok Amphibia Scuba Dude
  • Vostok Amphibia White Dial
  • Seagull 1963
  • Seiko SRPE61
  • Orient Kamasu
  • G-Shock (changed to metal strap and case)  

They are all 'affordable' yet nice, I think.  I wear them all, mostly the Kamasu, SRPE and the G-Shock, but they all get wrist-time.

Not included is my fathers Tissot he gave me, an older Citizen Quartz, the smartwatch and 2 pocket watches that were just serviced.

Anyway, there they are.

Nice collection! We seem to have similar tastes. I got started from randomly watching a Teddy video too. I also bought several of those in my first year, the Kamasu, Seagull, a couple Vostoks, a few Seiko 5s (including the SRPE61), and a G-Shock 5600.

Yeah, definitely. But I went a bit too crazy and bought about 60 watches in the first year. Now that I've tried just about every style of watch there is, I'm slowing way down now and will probably only buy a few in 2023.
