This question gets asked in many forms. For me, the watch changes but the manufacturer doesn't.
I would probably cure world hunger.... or Paul Newmans Daytona.
If I don't have to pay for it myself, this practical little number, the thinking man's g-shock.

As much as I want to say some crazy rare independent like a Dufour or R Smith, I always come back to the Datograph and 1815 chronograph (as long as genie is covering service costs too).

I'm torn between these two right now:
I have that Seamaster, and love it. I found myself in the same sense of torn between it and that GO. I love that piece also. However, I had to go with the Seamaster because of cost of building the collection overall. I am completely happy with the Seamaster, and wouldn’t hesitate to buy it again. Then, I’d ask the genie for the GO.😉
For me, it would be the Omega Ultra Light 150 all Titanium 😍👍🏻
One watch that is capable to do it all with “peace of mind” on your wrist.

As crazy as this might sound, I’ve always wanted to see/touch/own a Rainbow Daytona. Not sure what model I would choose. Probably the rose or white gold. But not sure about pave dial and diamonds on the bracelet.
This pave dial version just a bit much for me. And I know most people think the Rainbow is a bit much! LOL
Perhaps this is why I call myself ”TheHoroSexual” 😜
