I need a G-Shock (apparently) HELP!

I want to understand what the love is all about, so…if I were to have just one Casio G-Shock which would be considered the best all-rounder?

Yay!

/uj I do enjoy the mechanics of automatic movement and some of the people on YouTube, but by no means consider them (or myself) as horologists, more entertainers for amusement.

I like shiny things that impress people I don’t know! Can I join the club now?

It’s not a brand that even comes to mind when thinking watches. But hate? Not seen any myself.

People should always buy and wear what they like. Does it affect me? Not a jot :)

I don’t like Hublot - but I don’t hate them.

There are a myriad of other brands I’d buy before Hublot, I mean, part with a serious amount of my own cash… but, if someone gave one to me I’d be ok with that, too.

People rarely look at your watch anyway, unless they want to nick it :)

Rolex OP - for me the gada watch of watches.

If you don’t like it, well done…you just made a profit :)

I have (or have had) the MB Timewalker 7188 and the 7070. I rate them quite highly, lovely retro designs with Sellita sw200-1 movements. They are probably priced about right imho.

Some of the higher end Montblanc’s feature Minerva manufacture movements since it was acquired about 15 or so years ago and very highly regarded.
