I bought a Marathon and a Lum Tec thinking these have the best lume possible. Both watches have the best lume out of all my watches but neither last more than an hour or two. Is there a watch with better lume?

Yes, here's one of my best in my collection. It's a full lume dial Deep Blue Alpha Marine 500. This is fully charge in the phot. After hour the dial is faint enough to read the dial.
They do have tritium tube models that stay lite for good 10-15 years lol. Probably the only way you can get 24hr lume.
Cheers!
What makes Marathon stand out for lume is the tritium tube models, the Marglow is just like Superluminova or any other lume paint.
Very nice. Not a fan of tridium tubes. Even with my glasses on they are hard to see. Thank you
Zelos, Phoibus, Ball has Tritium tubes that last all night long without shining light on them
The problem with tritium is, that they glow quite weak, as Grizzly mentioned on another comment. They do never glow as on pictures.
Anyway I think tritium is still interesting to me. All the tubes used in any watch are actually produced by a swiss company "MB-Microtec". They even even offer own tactical watches called Traser for quite resonable price.
Some of them have even both, full lume dial and tritium.
My Ball Engineer II glows like a torch 24/7.
The Marathon GSAR is more subdued but clearly visible at all times.
