The Chicago event definitely had pieces for sale. I think only two didn’t. If you want to buy I would go day 1 before the weekend. Less people are time to try stuff on

As @thewatchdad said, most brands will have stuff for sale. Others will be showing off pre-releases, which you may or may not be able to order on-site. It is a fun event, but give yourself a lot of time and if you can, attend some of the panels. If it helps, WatchTime is happening the same weekend, so great chance to hit two shows at once. NOTE, preorder tickets to WatchTime, it sells out.
Hey guys, Roshan from the Spinnaker team (and AVI-8 🙂 ) we'll be there in NY and from my experience over the past couple years, most brands definitely have product for sale.
I genuinely think the best part of the show is checking out so many unique and cool products in one go, and having a chance to meet the founders.
