Got my first Glycine watch!

Bought this Glycine Airman 42 GMT (GL0069) on a whim, as the sale was too good to pass up. I had reservations, but the Airman has totally blown me away with its quality finish and that amazing full dial lume! Oh yeah, for someone that doesn't like NATO straps, the one on the Glycine is darn comfortable!

Beautiful score! I’m not a fan of full lume watches but that combo works! Enjoy!

The Airman has recently gone to the top of my list. I don't think I want the full lume model, but it does look good!

I have the GL0308 in my sights, but have just found a GL0064 on Chrono24 that has the steel bracelet. On the whole I always prefer a bracelet to a leather strap, but I guess this one would spend a lot of time on a NATO.

This watch has been on my bucket list for a while. Excellent choice! Enjoy!

I love my Glycines! You can’t go wrong with them. It’s amazing how many people have never heard about them or write them off because Invicta bought them. But they consistently put out the best bang for buck watches on the market, IMHO.

Very nice find.

Glycine is a brand that is often overlooked and it's a pity because they have good models that are priced very fairly.

Congratulations! That is a very nice modern take on the classic Airman design and I think full lume dials are cool. I really like that skeleton GMT hand which lets you read the text through it in the first photo. It's wonderful that such a groundbreaking watch, which beat the Rolex GMT Master to market, is still available for sensible prices.

My No. 1 Purist Airman says hi!
