The textured dial and Roman numerals are a winning combo, in my opinion.

Thanks for the help ^_^ it’s looking like the powermatic 80 is going to be my choice.

I know I'm outvoted here, but I'd go with the piece powered by the 2824-2.  I prefer the smoother sweep of the higher beat rate to the extended power reserve.

Hello Jbird, I am not familiar with the Tissot movements and I’m hoping you can educate me please.

So the Roman numeral le locle has a 23 jewel movement and the black dial le locke has a 25 jewel movement.
I am more familiar with the Seiko and Miyota movements.
thank you

I may have to change my vote -- can you take another picture of the back of the 23-jewel piece? I suspect its actually using a lower-end Powermatic 80, which would work to change my opinion.

The 25 jewel I’m guessing is the higher end powermatic ?

Trying to ask the seller for a better and more flat picture.

Looks like this is the movement

I think the 23 jewel has a plastic pallet fork with no jewels on it as opposed to a metal pallet fork with 2 jewels. Check out sites like Calibre Corner.
