King Seiko Help I can't decide?, please give reasons, OR SAY WHAT AGAIN!

Choice 1 (Ivory) has a 6L movement and is £2830 at retail, but is currently available for £1000 off ltd to 1700pc or Choice 2 (Kameido) is £1600 and has that REDRUM carpet dial but a 6R movement & comes with 2 straps ltd to 2500pc or Choice 3 (Purple) Boutique only (6R31 movement) comes with 2 straps so all 3 around the same price (although 1 is heavily discounted) I like them All

If there are any plans to actually wear the watch with any frequency, ivory all the way.

Ivory for sure. The Kameido is cool, but the limited edition King Seiko with the 6L movement is a cut above that. The gold indices and ivory dial is a lovely contrast as well. I've seen videos of that watch and it really pops. They went the extra mile with the strap too. It even has a really sweet retro styled Seiko buckle! A £1000 discount on that watch is a decent bargain, imo.

Buy all three cause you like all three. If you don't spend your money on watches you are abt to waste it on the mortgage or something else stupid.

what.

😀

I've tried on the Kikko limited - it was amazing. Intrigued by the purple gradient - so different. For me the white dial is a bit too boring, I agree it's most versatile, but eff versatility. Go for something exciting! Bummer that's it's the one that's on discount 😕

The purple is my favourite. I was browsing some Casios earlier today and thought "who on Earth would buy a purple watch?"

Because it's cool. That King Seiko is purple done right. I've only seen one other purple gradient KS (I think it was on Reddit) and I have loved the idea of one ever since. But that's just me being me going for the weird option. Buy whichever works for you and your lifestyle. If you can't decide, flip some coins!

A big kahuna burger would be my choice.

The SJE087 and SJE083 are so underrated. You can find them way under retail and the quality is really good. Basically a Grand Seiko with a Seiko movement. There really isn’t any GS with an automatic movement, 38mm and under 12mm. These King Seiko are such a steal under retail.

The ivory is the safe option. You can wear it with anything, and it won't go out of style.

·

I hope this helps

I would personaly wait and get a Grand Seiko, but if it wasn't an option, I'd go for the ivory.

I have a GS and a lot of Seiko already, was looking to bridge the gap 😊

couldn't resist that discount & the ltd editionness (and the buckle did it)

Many thanks for all the advice chums, went for the fancy movement & huge discount, can get the other KS all day long with 20% off at a later date.
