Under $1000 i would go double the quantity with around $500
Tissot
Victorinox , Seiko , Citizen ...for a $1000 i almost pulled the trigger Tag F1 Orange ( in Cozumel only place i go with normal prices i live in Argentina ) maybe next trip...
Getting in early is a good way getting good deals with microbrands. Pre-ordered the Borealis Seastorm Mk2 in November and got it for 35% less than it costed a month later.
And just bought the Seiko Baby Alpinist SPB155J1 for €500, which is much less than it would cost last year so that’s an argument for waiting on non-micros. I think it’s mostly down to luck. 🤔

Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 for $210

Used rewards points to cover the difference between the price I paid and retail.
I bought a Muhle Glashutte Terrasport II for £250 on eBay. I was (and still am) chuffed with it!
It remains my best buy to date.

it’s not a game, but I’m winning.
Alpina Seastrong Diver Auto for $535 on Jomashop.
I think Alpina is often forgotten and a good watch at often discounted prices.
<500$, probably not everyone's cup of tea but such a nice watch. Gr5 titanium, great finishing, 200m WR, tons of functions, radio-sync, etc.
Definitely vintage. Not yet in my possession, but already bought 😇
Don’t have a picture just yet because it’s arriving tomorrow but snagged a new 41mm ORIS big crown propilot from Ashford watches for $725.

That's beautiful! 👍
