I was noticing I have several watches with red second hand and it got me wondering what everyone else has.

That is a Chaika Stadium watch from the 1970's. It was built in the Uglich Watch Factory in the USSR. That factory closed about 15 years ago. Chaika means "seagull" and was a cosmonaut call sign. You can find them from Ukrainian sellers.
