Hey everyone, I’m Eric. I joined WC a week ago but just now got around to posting a hello. ( I was immediately drawn into everyone else’s posts and watch photos 😁
I started collecting in 2020 and recently started a YouTube channel reviewing affordable watches. https://youtube.com/@EricsEverydayWatches
Very excited to hear what started everyone in this hobby /compulsion. I’m a designer by trade and think that’s the big appeal to watches for me.

Thanks Stricko. I appreciate that. Yea, I bought the headset to do some watch repair. I only do very basic repair but it’s fun ( unless a small part goes flying and disappears forever) 😁

I got into watches by following my dad around as a kid. He always wore a Seiko and I wanted one like him. One day he gave me a toy watch and I thought I was the business. (You can just make it out in my profile pic) I’ve been in love with watches ever since. Thanks dad 😍
