Tissot in action in 2018 , still use this watch which I find to be a comfortable and reliable everyday user.

Thankyou Sir, knives are another passion of mine as is the beard which I grew during my time at Mclaren Racing. I no longer work in F1 and life is very different for me now but in a good way. Looking at this picture it seem like a life time ago, this was at the Launch of the 2018 car.

Still a big supporter of F1 and Mclaren in particular.

I think it’s the UKPK.

Spyderco is correct but the model is the UK law friendly slip joint non locking  UKPK , this one now has some custom brass scales fitted.

Love it. I’m new still to F1, but love what Mclaren are doing. Can’t wait to see the new cars in action.

Awesome EDC gear. And I'm gonna admit, I'm a little jealous of the F1 job. Must've been great. Exhausting, but great.

Never heard of that model did a little research sounds and looks like the Delica. I know that only because I literally just ordered a Delica for myself. :)

Yes I loved my time at Mclaren, the pinnacle of my Racing career Its fair to say. Very exhausting and all consuming too. I left at the end of 2018 to move back North as my wife had been suffering health issues and needed my 100% attention, hard to achieve whenI was working away so much.

Very loud , though not so at present as it needs a battery. It was my late father in laws watch originally. It gets wrist time when its got power.

100% mate. Or Aston Martin if I'm watching GT. Schumacher is the GOAT and noone will convince me Hamilton is better. Which camp are you in?

Shumi was awsome , definitely a better person than Hamilton having experience with both of them. He is a good driver for sure but not the best to many to compare to. For me Jim Clarke was the Goat.  Of course his talent was cut sort as many were back then.

Honestly my top 5 fluctuate in position from day to day but it's always the same 5. Shumi, Sir Jackie, Sterling, Clarke, and Hamilton. I salivate thinking about the amazing grand Prix that never happened. Who do you think would win that race?

·

Any one of them could on the right day in the right car.

I like to think Jim but they are all winners.

That's an honorable reason to leave work, mate. I would have done the same. I hope your wife recovered. I never worked in motorsports but would have loved to. The closest I got was as a test engineer for back then DaimlerChrysler. I was an engineer on their SRT development team.

That must have been a very interesting job. Most of my working life has ben in racing both car and motorcycle. Some automotive and non racing related too. I am a factory opperative at present in a small local family run business making seals and gaskets. So different to what I have been used to doing, but you have to adjust and adapt to changing situations.

My wife has a chronic illness and has really got worse and there's no cure so its just a case of managing her condition and levels of pain and discomfort. Getting older really sucks sometimes. Thanks for your kind thoughts though.
