Senior Gen1 military watch
Hi Just a heads up to everyone who's interested in vintage military watch's and Seiko Gen1 in particular.
A shop in Sheffield has recently sold a few and I asked if they would get any more. Well they have a small amount coming in at £800 a pop.
Now I can't do that right now after a recent purchase for a couple of watch's and a new mountain bike. But thought someone out there might find it interesting?

I enjoy simple well made classic designs in most things , watches are one of them. My favourites are usually tool watches of some kind.

If they're freshly serviced and in great condition then 800-1k is about right, however if they've just been found and put up for sale with no servicing and in used condition then they're a little steep, more like 600
Edit: saying that, looking at the ad, they look in pretty good condition!

Yes I believe they are good ones , he gets them in small batches 5 or so at a time the last ones were more worn and were 750 each.
I was going to get one but other things have taken priority this month.
Just putting it out there for any one else. Though I understand that he has pre sold this batch already so maybe if someone drops out then he might have one available, untill he can source some more. The shop specialises in Military clothing, but carry a small number of watch's. They had a lovely Omega last time I called them . To much for me though at 2200 for a GMT Seamaster with solid sword hands.
