A little Swatch I found in the back of my watch draw that I'd forgotten about.

Watches are curious things much like us. They don't have to be the most expensive or made from the strongest steel to be great pieces and bring lots of enjoyment and also carry many memories.

Just like this modest model I have owned for a number of years and used for work and brought along on my journey through life.

I've been collecting for years and some of my favorite watches are "lower end"

Casio Duro and Casio Royale among them.

I have a few higher end watches too.

I like 'em all.

Life's too short to categorize things we like by cost.

Watches are great for looking back at where you were at certain moment. Additionally, they show how our tastes have changed.

That is a great looking watch!

Thank you. Yes I liked it the second I saw it, it was on a Dover Calais ferry crossing in the duty free shop in 2016.

It was one I was drawn too and had to buy , though I really didn't need another watch at the time. Do we ever! ?

Very true, life is short and we should enjoy all aspects of the experience.
