Thought I would rebrand this thread as the Watch Crunch Photograph Club but its still business as usual. A weekly theme set by one of our awesome guest judges and a free for all of photo submissions in the comments section.
Last week @JaimeMadeira set the theme of 'Indirect' which got everyones creative juices flowing. His overall winner, which he told me was a tight decision, will be in the newsletter as usual, but here are some of his runners up....
He was so impressed by all the photos he wanted to have about 20 runner up pictures, but I reigned him in to these 4.
Well done...!!!

Our judge this week is @Darkoverlord, so cameras at the ready and check out his chosen theme in the comments below!
Notes for Newcomers:
If you are new to this thread and enjoy photography then feel free to post your pictures! We run a fresh photography thread each week, starting on the Sunday, and have a guest judge set the theme and pick winners each week. You are welcome to post as many pictures as you wish with a connection to that weeks theme. The runners up will be mentioned in the following weeks thread and the winner gets a mention and their winning photo in the weekly newsletter.
The winner even gets an exclusive 'Winners Badge' for their WC profile!
Good luck and have fun everyone!
Wohoo, one of the runner ups๐ Iโm honored. Thank you @JaimeMadeira and @Deeperblue
Happy Sunday everyone and thank you @Deeperblue for the nomination and for doing so much here to provide and organize such fun content here on WC.
I was thinking about some of the most popular wrist shots we see on forums and some topics that go together with watch collecting both from a perspective of the collector and utility.
What's that boil down to? CARS
I want to see all your best shots of watches with cars, and auto-motives overall. It could be your favorite dash pic, a shot with your ride, a trip to the track, parts related or anything you creative lads and lasses can conjure related to watches and cars.
My favourite driver in my Subaru.
๐ฅณ๐ฅณ Up there again,so a big thankyou @JaimeMadeira and @Deeperblue for showing my efforts.
First ding on the car, like on a watch, is always the most painful. When it comes to watches, I deal with it by getting an ugly watch, like the one in the photo - that way, if it gets dinged, you don't really mind.
I guess this one's my vs. baby's interests ๐
This one the lines looked some what similar.
This one I just like it ๐
And finally, first luxury watch with my first car.
Thanks @JaimeMadeira for taking the time to judge ๐๐๐
Well done everyone who took part
It was really tough to decide a lot of spots, trying to balance execution of the theme, effort, and quality of final shot. But thankyou everyone who did submit their shots. ๐
Hmm last weekend I went to the Newport Car Museum and took this one.
Wohoo, one of the runner ups๐ Iโm honored. Thank you @JaimeMadeira and @Deeperblue
Well deserved! ๐ฅณ๐

Great theme choice!
I can already post a pic of my Direnzo from the other day...
... but I shall work on a more imaginative shot ๐ค

Was a great shot! ๐๐๐

@Chunghauphoto has really been helping me improve my photos! He's taught me about blurring out the parts you don't want to see and focusing on the best bits of the picture.
Look how much I was able to improve your photo!
